Groundwater Sampling
Groundwater wells associated with landfills, water supplies, USTs, remediation projects, lagoons and closure plans require monitoring at regular intervals as dictated by the regulating authority.
EMT's field and technical personnel are equipped and trained to properly perform the necessary tasks involved with sample and data collection.

Stormwater Sampling
EMT has vast experience in conducting storm water testing and conducting the required compliance monitoring once the permit has been granted.
Facilities which discharge storm water associated with certain industrial activities are required to have applied for a storm water discharge permit. An application must include: measurement of storm water runoff at each outfall, laboratory analyses on both first flush and flow proportioned composites for specific parameters, date, duration and precipitation volume of the monitored storm event as well as the previous event as outlined in NPDES application Form 2-F. The regulations, put forth in 40 CFR parts 122,123, & 124 stipulate that in order for storm water discharge data to be acceptable for permit purposes, the storm event must meet certain guidelines.
Air Services
The complexity of the newest air quality regulations and the difficulty in meeting monitoring requirements is often cost-prohibitive for companies who cannot justify an in-house staff. Environmental Monitoring and Technologies has the ability to perform the required monitoring as mandated by the most recent Clean Air Quality Regulations. We provide analysis of air samples obtained at industrial, construction, and remediation sites. A variety of different test parameters include: Particulate Emissions, PM10, Multiple Metals, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's), Nitrogen Oxides, Carbon Monoxide, Sulfur Dioxide, Dioxins/Furans Poly Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH's), Hydrogen Chloride
Specialized Flow Measurement Studies
EMT has an extensive resume of dye tracing and flow measurement studies for difficult applications that can be installed on a temporary or permanent basis. Contact us to discuss the specifics of your project!
