EMT Chain of Custody Forms

EMT has two versions of our Chain of Custody (CoC) forms. The Product Ecology CoC is for consumer products that will be submitted for RoHS, CPSIA, SVHC, JIG, etc ... analysis . The EMT Standard CoC is for environmental samples that will be submitted for BOD, TSS, TCLP, GRO, DRO, TACO, Code R, Metals, etc... analysis.
